The replenishment rules are designed to replenish fixed bins that have fallen below their minimum quantity. The replenishment routine will attempt to find stock to fill the fixed bins up to their maximum quantity.

To create suggested bin replenishment movements, navigate to the ‘Movement Worksheet’ select Process and the ‘Calculate Bin Replenishment’ action from the ribbon. The options screen that opens allows you to filter on criteria such as location, bin code, item code etc. This will populate the worksheet with the suggested movements required to fill fixed bins up to their maximum quantity.

Selecting the ‘Create Movements’ button will create a single movement for all lines shown on the screen.

For adhoc movements, use the ‘Get Bin Content’ action in the ribbon and filter as required. This will populate the worksheet with matching results. Only the ‘From Bin’ is populated and you are required to complete the ‘To Bin’. Use the ‘Create Movement’ button as before to create the movement documents.
