In this Knowledge Session, we will look at the top five features in Dynamics NAV 2017. It was difficult to pick only five from a long list of great features, but we have highlighted each of these in great detail for you in our video.

Some of the highlights are the amazing Outlook integration that means we can instantly create a quote for a customer right within Outlook, using the text from the customer’s email to fulfil the lines in the quote. We can utilise the functionality of Dynamics NAV 2017 without leaving the Outlook window, but also have the ability to pop out the window if we need a larger view. We can think of countless uses for this excellent functionality!

Another great addition is the change to the user interface and the way in which the pages appear simpler and easier to use. Looking at pages from a development point of view, we examine which buttons have moved or been hidden to present a cleaner, simpler view for users. The whole experience for users is more straightforward and visual with the new item images in the web client and the new ability to change the layout of items in a list.
